HOW TO ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE?
A. Follow these simple steps when ordering flowers online:
Search the website for your flowers by choosing a variety, colour or even occasion and select the desired bouquet.
Add any additional gifts such as a vase, chocolates or a teddy bear.
Type your personal message to go with the flowers and choose a delivery date.
Finally, proceed to checkout where you will be asked to enter billing and delivery address and choose your preferred secure payment checkout.
Order confirmation will follow with your flower order tracking information.
Order by 3 pm for same day delivery in Hertfordshire and 3pm for next day delivery for the rest of the UK.
DO YOU PROVIDE A VASE WITH FLOWERS?
A. Blooming Scents offers a vase as an add-on option, whilst some bouquets and arrangements come with vase included.

CAN I WRITE A MESSAGE WITH FLOWERS?
A. Blooming Scents sends out all flowers with a personalised gift card.
The gift card text option is available on all bouquets and any flowers you may wish to send with Blooming Scents.
CAN I SEND CHOCOLATES OR OTHER OPTIONS WITH FLOWERS?
A. Yes, Blooming Scents offers chocolates and selection of teddy bears to go with flowers.
CAN I CHOOSE THE SIZE OF MY CHOSEN PRODUCT?
Yes, most of our bouquets and arrangements have an option for Standard, Deluxe (20% bigger than standard) or Superior (40% bigger than standard) size
HOW DO I ORDER FLOWERS?
A. Easy, visit our website and choose from one of our bouquets or arrangements and go through an easy ordering process.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
A. Yes you can. Our sales and customer support team are available 9am - 6pm to take your flower order or assist you with any questions you may have about placing an order and our service.
CAN I CREATE MY OWN BOUQUET?
A. All online flowers are our favorite bouquets, but yes you can create your own bouquet.
We have a large selection of fresh, seasonal flowers always in stock.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY FLOWERS ORDER?
A. Blooming Scents accepts all major credit cards online as well as offering Apple Pay & Google Pay options for fast and easy payment process.
Can I Pay Using Cash?
A. Unfortunately not but if there was no other option we could accept a bank transfer however.
WILL I GET A COPY OF INVOICE?
A. Once you have successfully placed your flower order you will receive an order confirmation along with payment invoice.
WHAT SHALL I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS NOT GOING THROUGH?
A. Please give our customer services a call on 0203 916 5578.
We may be able to pick up the order where you left off, and we may try to complete the transaction manually.
CAN I BOOK SAME DAY DELIVERY OF FLOWERS?
Order flowers by 3 pm for same day delivery in Hertfordshire. Unfortunately we cannot provide same day delivery in rest of UK.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY?
Unfortunately the best we could offer a 3 hour window due to unforeseen issues that may arise during the delivery process such as traffic hold ups or road closures.
During checkout you will notice two additional box's for special request and delivery driver comments. Please add any information within these areas and we will surely pass all details on to the driver.
DO YOU DELIVER FLOWERS TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES?
Yes and we understand the importance of getting there in time. We put a high emphasis on business address deliveries.
CAN I SEND FLOWERS TO A HOSPITAL?
Most hospitals will not accept flowers.
Please ensure you you contact the hospital directly to check if they do accept flowers prior to placing your order.
If the hospital do agree to allow flowers, its imperative that you supply us with recipient name and exact location within the hospital.
WHEN WILL MY FLOWERS ARRIVE?
If you have booked our next day nationwide option then our delivering times are between 7am and 7pm.
We will try to deliver as soon as possible depending on the volume of orders we receive.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO ONE AT HOME WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER FLOWERS?
If the recipient is not at home, we will attempt to call the number provided.
If that is not available we will look to leave the flowers safe with a neighbor, outside the property and leave a note through the door.
It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the recipient of the delivery is at home to receive their items.
If we attempt a delivery and the recipient is not at home we will leave the package in the safest place possible, this is down to the sole discretion of the driver.
We will always leave a delivery note with details on where the delivery package was left.
I NEED FLOWERS URGENTLY, IN THE NEXT ONE HOUR. CAN I HAVE THEM DELIVERED?

DO YOU DELIVER FLOWERS OUTSIDE OF HERTFORDSHIRE?
Yes we do! We offer a Next Day Nationwide delivery service. You must order by at least 3pm the previous day in order to receive your order outside of Hertfordshire on your designated day.
Please note we do not deliver Nationwide on Sundays and Mondays. (If you are worried you have missed the deadline, why not email or call us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can).
I FOUND A NOTE IN MY DOOR SAYING ‘WE TRIED TO DELIVER FLOWERS BUT YOU WERE NOT IN’. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Simply give us a call and arrange re-delivery of your flowers however this is not guaranteed to be the same day and an additional cost will be added.
Its very important to supply us with a contact telephone number.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FLOWERS. WHAT CAN I DO?
A. Give our customer services a call. Please quote your order number, if not available then delivery date and delivery postcode.
There may be many reasons as to why the flowers have not been delivered.
Not necessarily Blooming Scents at fault.
MY FLOWERS CAME WITHOUT A MESSAGE OR NOTE SAYING WHO THE FLOWERS ARE FROM. WHY?
A. At times, the sender does actually request for the flowers to be sent without the message or a signature.
We cannot disclose that information unless approved by the sender.
WHY ARE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS AND POSTCODE IMPORTANT?
A. In order to make sure your order has as much chance of being delivered on time and successfully please make sure you enter all the details correctly.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR ME AND RECIPIENT?
A. It is very important that we can contact you and/or the sender if there are problems with delivering such as obtaining access to the premises or if we do not have the flat number.
